172,000 sq ft student block set for green light
Plans to build a Nottingham city centre student block that would be 12 storeys high has been tipped for approval again by Nottingham City Council's planning bosses.
The scheme, which would house 462 students across 118 apartments was delayed in July after concerns over views of the city’s castle.
