CWC Group clinches 250,000 sq ft deal at Castlewood
CWC Group is set to build a 250,000 sq ft distribution centre on its Castlewood Business Park to an undisclosed "local occupier".
The developer has also said it will speculatively build a 72,000 sq ft production or warehouse unit on the site.
This latest deal sees the space constructed at Castlewood exceed 1.5 million sq ft and once completed will take the total numbers employed on site to over 2,000.
