intu set to launch marketing suite for Broadmarsh redevelopment
intu has moved its centre management office at its Broadmarsh shopping centre in a move it says will make way for anchor tenant The Light cinema.
The intu Broadmarsh team will now be based in Severns House at Middle Pavement - owned by intu and Nottingham City Council – following a refurbishment by Bowmer & Kirkland.
The 7,000 sq ft building is now also home to intu’s marketing suite for the redevelopment, a manned reception, office space and site accommodation for the contractors delivering the project.
