On behalf of Midlands Land Portfolio, Savills, jointly with Cheetham & Mortimer, has been instructed to market the land at Teal Close in Nottingham. The land includes roadside plots ranging in size from 1 to 4.4 acres (0.40 – 1.78 hectares), which can accommodate a number of retail and leisure uses of up to 30,000 sq ft (2,800 sq m).
