A former printing shop and offices in Nottingham city centre is to be turned into a student flats. The 2,088 sq ft building in Cranbrook Street was recently sold for £320,000 to property developer Harren Investments in a deal brokered by Bruton Knowles. When completed it will provide en-suite accommodation for 10 students, with redevelopment expected to be finished in time for the start of the 2018/19 academic term.
