Plans submitted for Nottingham mixed-use scheme

Fresh plans have been submitted to Nottingham City Council to substantially extend a mixed-use scheme in the city. Hyson Green Limited wants to build a three-storey mixed-use scheme that would include 33 student apartments, restaurant and takeaway on a derelict site on Gregory Boulevard in Nottingham. The firm was given the green light last year for a 23-bed scheme on the same site.
