Sale of £1m college building part of property review
The decision to put a Nottingham College building in The Lace Market up for sale came about as part of an ongoing review of the new organisation's estate.
As we revealed, FHP Property Consultants has been appointed to market the 14,000 sq ft 1 Broadway building in Nottingham's Lace Market. Office or residential uses have been mooted, and a £1m price tag has been placed on the historic building.
