East Mids shopping mall operator reports strong results
intu, the shopping mall operator which owns a centre in Derby and the Broadmarsh and Victoria centres in Nottingham says it has had a "strong" period of trading from July to November.
Across its properties, intu says occupancy is at 96%, while footfall has grown by 2% since the same period in 2016.
Despite an intention to submit a planning application to redevelop the Broadmarsh centre in Nottingham within the next few months, the mall is not mentioned anywhere in the trading update.
