Waterside development to create a ‘unique’ location
The architect responsible for the redevelopment of Bridgford House in Nottingham into a high-spec mixed-use scheme has revealed its name.
Leonard Design says Rushcliffe Civic Centre is set to be transformed into The Waterside - a development of luxury apartments, offices and three restaurants.
Speaking to TheBusinessDesk.com, director at Leonard Design John Morgan also confirmed that none of the existing leisure operators on the site would be forced to leave and all have been offered new, modern shopfront refurbishments.
