Clinical health products supplier takes 40,000 sq ft unit

Clinical health products supplier Performance Health has taken a 40,000 sq ft warehouse building at Junction 27 of the M1.

The deal was brokered by joint agents FHP and NG Chartered Surveyors, and adds to Performance Health’s distribution base at Junction 27.

Tim Gilbertson of FHP said: “The deal to provide Performance Health International with additional space ran smoothly throughout and they have been a pleasure to deal with during negotiations. I wish them well for their future and their ongoing growth and it does seem as if their continued expansion will be an undoubted success.”

Jonathon Seddon, director at NG Chartered Surveyors, added: ““This is a great deal which came about as a consequence of our ensuring the unit presented correctly. The owner invested capital into the building so that it presented well, both internally and externally.”
