Nottingham Grade A office scheme moves a step closer
Bildurn has been given the go-ahead to demolish for the former job centre on Station Street in Nottingham as part of its plans for second phase of office accommodation in the area.
In June, Bildurn revealed that it was set to turn 11 Station Street into 50,000 sq ft of Grade A office space.
Now, after being given the green light by Nottingham City Council, the developer will demolish the 25 Station Street eyesore in preparation for a second phase of offices on the street.
