NG brings landmark Derby building to market
NG Chartered Surveyors is targeting leisure operators looking to enter the Derby market after being appointed to market a landmark city centre building.
NG is bringing to market the 11,000 sq ft Seven Market Place - a former bank building, in the heart of Derby, and are looking for an occupier who wants to align themselves with Derby's thriving leisure scene.
