Plans revealed for 35,000 sq ft Leicester mixed-use scheme

Plans by a Leicestershire developer to turn the Carron Building on Rutland Street in Leicester into a mixed-used development have been submitted to the City Council. Moorhouse Construction wants to turn the building into an office and restaurant and cafe scheme, in a move that will create 35 full- and part-time jobs.
