Nottingham city centre mixed-use scheme takes a step closer
An application to transform a troubled Nottingham city centre site into a mixed-use development has been recommended for planning permission by Nottingham City Council's chief planner.
The Council's Planning Committee will sit next Wednesday to rule on the application, which outlines a plan by developer Cosybox, which wants to demolish the dilapidated buildings 2-6 Alfreton Road in the Canning Circus area of Nottingham and build a scheme which would include 35 apartments as well as office an retail space on the ground floor.
