Miller Birch confirms talks with occupiers for 300,000 sq ft Guildhall site

The developer behind Nottingham's £110m Guildhall redevelopment has said it is still in discussions with potential occupiers for the site. Miller Birch bought the site from Nottingham City Council a year ago. The firm's proposals are to build a new 300,000 sq ft development including Grade A offices, student accommodation, conferencing facilities, and to extend and refurbish the Guildhall as a four-star hotel.
