Lincolnshire house price growth outpaces London and south-east

House price growth the East Midlands was higher than London and the south east over the 12 months to June 2017, according to new figures. According to research from Savills, house prices in the area have increased in value by 5.4% in the past year in comparison to 5.1% in the south east and 2.5% in London.
