Former Huthwaite Bakkavor factory up for rent
Food processing giant Bakkavor has put its Welcome Foods factory in Huthwaite up for rent following the firm's decision to close the plant in March, with the loss of 300 jobs.
Savills has been appointed to market the unit on Brookside Way in Huthwaite, Nottinghamshire.
The property, which totals 51,985 sq ft, includes a food processing factory, warehouse, storage space and extensive three storey office accommodation.
