NG continues with Ash Court success story
Commercial property specialist NG Chartered Surveyors has brokered a deal for a shipping agency to move onto a new start-up scheme - just days after the scheme reached completion.
NG has let Unit 11 of the new Ash Court on the Moorgreen industrial estate in Eastwood to shipping agent Transatlantic Line UK.
Ash Court has been developed by Maplebeck Holdings on a speculative basis.
