Plans to turn a former nightclub in Nottingham's Lace Market area have been approved by the City Council. Mich Stevenson's Spenbeck property firm want to turn the three storey 10-12 Broadway, otherwise known as The Birkin Building, which has been used as bars and nightclubs for the last 25 years, into a 10,376 sq ft office building.
