A deal by Nottingham-based commercial property specialists NG Chartered Surveyors has brought forward the sale of a prime city office space.

Acting on behalf of a private client, Sunny Landa, director at NG has brokered a deal to sell the 3,192 sq ft 3 Pelham Court in the Carrington area of Nottingham to fast-growing energy consultancy and compliance firm EPS Group.
