The Nottingham office market won't see any speculative development for at least 12-18 months according to one local professional, whose company says occupier profile is changing
The Midlands Engine Office Market Report 2017 says that in Nottingham, Derby and Leicester, 86%, 89% and 74% respectively of activity in the sector was at the smaller end of the market in the past 12 months. While this is not untypical of the region’s market, the type of occupier responsible for this take up is changing, says LSH.
