Nottingham developer ready to meet Grade A challenge
A Nottingham developer says it is ready to meet the challenge of the city's lack of available Grade A office space.
With vacant space now accounting for as little as 10 per cent of the total supply in Nottingham, and demand for quality office space is increasing, Bildurn – known for projects such as The Pod and Lace Market Square – has recently unveiled a scheme for 50,000 sq ft of new build Grade A space, known as 11 Station Street - and says demand is already high.
