Revealed: Inside Nottingham’s newest Grade A office development
The first images of Bildurn's new 50,000 sq ft office development in Nottingham have been revealed.
As we reported yesterday, the Nottingham developer is set to comprehensively refurbish 11 Station Street, and has already begun marketing the office scheme via JLL. It is expected to be completed by late 2019.
Franklin Ellis has designed the new offices, which will have a roof garden.
Combined with the yet-to-be-revealed 25 Station Street, the complex will total at 130,000 Sqft of Grade A office space.
