FHP completes £4.5m Leicester sale to mystery buyer
Two industrial buildings in Leicester have been sold in a deal worth nearly £4.5m.
Acting on behalf of landlord Mark's Electrical, Tim Gilbertson of FHP sold the 40,000 Unit 1 and 20,000 sq ft Unit 2 buildings on the Elland Road industrial estate in Leicester to an undisclosed buyer.
