Chek Whyte plans Nottingham city centre offices

The former Queen's Hotel building, near Nottingham's railway station, could be turned into offices. Plans have been submitted to Nottingham City Council by CHI Investments, a company owned by Chek Whyte and his son Charles, to turn the building into some 8,266 sq ft of office space. The former pub has latterly been used as a fireplace showroom, but has been empty for around three years. CHI Investments has recently bought the building, and wants to change it into offices.
