The former premises of restaurant and bar Sinatra is on the market. Agents Heb have been asked by Nottingham City Council to let the building after the owners of Sinatra foreited the lease last month. The building, which is spread across a ground and basement floors, stretches over 5,747 sq ft and is available at a rent of £75,000 a year.
