New four-star hotel for Leicester revealed
The first four-star hotel that will form part of the 650,000 sq ft regeneration of Leicester's Waterside area has been named.
AccorHotels will operate a Novotel and Adagio hotel under a franchise agreement with Charles Street Buildings Group, that will be operated by Interstate.
The hotel will have 250 rooms in total, 150 rooms as a Novotel and 100 rooms as an Adagio. This new signing will be the first Novotel/Adagio combination hotel and the first Adagio franchised hotel in the UK.
