Two firms fighting it out for £150m Broadmarsh contract, says report
Two construction firms are vying to land the £150m contract to redevelop the Broadmarsh shopping centre in Nottingham, according to reports.
Construction News is reporting that Laing O'Rourke and Bowmer & Kirkland will fight it out for the intu contract.
Intu development director Martin Breeden said a contractor would likely be picked by the end of 2017.
“We can confirm that we’re currently going through a tender process which will enable us to appoint the main contractor for the refurbishment of intu Broadmarsh,”...
