Mixed-use plans for troubled Nottingham site
A site which has been plagued by vandalism and suspected arson in Nottingham City centre could be turned into a new mixed-use development.
Developer Cosybox wants to demolish the dilapidated buildings 2-6 Alfreton Road in the Canning Circus area of Nottingham and build to bring forward a scheme which would include 35 apartments as well as office an retail space on the ground floor.
The recently fire-struck site at Canning Circus could be redeveloped into a contemporary take on Victorian-style townhouses if plans are given the go...
