Blueprint set to get approval for next Meadows development
East Midlands developer Blueprint looks set to be granted planning approval for its second development in the Meadows area of Nottingham.
A planning report to Nottingham City Council's Planning Committee, which sits this afternoon (17 May) recomends granting permission for Blueprint to build 20 hours and four apartments on the site of the former Trent Works, an engineering site which was demolished some years ago.
The new homes will be priced between £165,000 to £300,000.
