University to get green light for 14,300 sq ft office block

Plans by Nottingham Trent University to build a 14,300 sq ft office building on the site of a former Indian restaurant are set to get the go ahead. Nottingham City Council's Planning Committee met yesterday afternoon (17 May) to give the green light to the offices which will house 200 people on the site of the demolished former Posh Spice building at 23 Goldsmith Street in the city centre, right next to Rescue Rooms and Stealth.
