Law firm’s office sold for £2.7m
A Northampton office building has been sold to a private buyer for more than £2.5m.
Investment specialist Harris Lamb was instructed to sell the 12,314 sq ft three-storey office building, Nene House on Rushmills, Old Bedford Road.
The building, which is let to law firm Howes Percival, is located in an established commercial centre with neighbours including Northamptonshire Chamber of Commerce, Redrow Homes and Tollers Solicitors.
