Lincoln boutique hotel owners land seven-figure funding deal

The owners of the Castle Hotel in Lincoln have agreed a seven figure funding package from the Royal Bank of Scotland to buy the freehold to the property. Built in 1852 as a school house, The Castle Hotel is situated in the Cathedral Quarter of Lincoln. It is a boutique hotel offering 18 rooms and apartments. The Castle Hotel was bought in 2011 by current owners Paul Catlow and his partner Saera Ahmad.
