150 jobs on the way at Fenwick store redevelopment
Some 150 jobs are to be created in Leicester as details emerge of the redevelopment of the former Fenwick store in Leicester.
Developer Aimrok Holdings has bought the 106,000 sq ft store in Market Street in the city for a seven-figure sum and will be seeking planning approval for four retail units, a Champagne bar, restaurant and gym across the basement and ground floor.
