Huge Nottingham residential schemes to get green light
Plans to build over 600 apartments and seven commercial units on derelict sites in Nottingham are set to be given the go-ahead by Nottingham City Council.
The first scheme, at the former Forest Mill site on Alfreton Road, will be built in phases, with 81 flats and the commercial units to receive full planning permission, while an outline plan to build 229 more units on the site will get outline planning permission.
