Plans for a mixed-use scheme in the Clifton area of Nottingham have been given the green light by council planners. Cedar House Investments has been given the go-ahead to build 24 apartments, a Lidl supermarket, a cafe/restaurant and four retail units on the Clifton Triangle site in Nottingham in a move that will create 134 jobs.
