Housebuilder wanted for Leicestershire development
Land promoter Richborough Estates has secured outline planning consent on a 6.8 acre residential development site in Leicestershire.
Situated on Great Lane on the edge of the historic village of Frisby on the Wreake, the site has been approved for the delivery of 54 homes, 40% of which will be affordable.
With planning consent in place Richborough Estates is now looking to appoint a development partner who will bring forward the development.
