Plans for 26,000 sq ft of office space have been submitted to Derby City Council as part of an ambitious redevelopment of the city's flood defences. The offices, to be built on the site of Tomlinson's yard and works and the City Road Business Centre (both of which are to be demolished) near St Mary's Bridge in Derby, could create up to 260 jobs.
