Uber makes Nottingham city centre move
Taxi firm Uber has taken office space in Nottingham in a deal brokered by two local firms.
Uber has let an office suite at King Edward Court in Nottingham City centre.
Mark Tomlinson of FHP Property Consultants, who acted for the landlord, said: “We received very strong levels of interest for this building with competitive bids taking place within four weeks of marketing. We achieved well over the asking price at an investment yield of 6.5% showing strong demand in the sub £500,000 local investment sector.
