East Mids industrial property supply at record low

The industrial and logistics sector in the East Midlands had a strong 2016 – but dwindling supply is now at a record low, according to a report by commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH). The report reveals that take-up was 12.4m sq ft – up 12% on 2015’s total and 14% above the annual average.
