SHEFFIELD has undergone a major physical transformation and is well placed to deliver new office and retail space as the recovery gathers pace.

Investment in public spaces in Sheffield, typified by the redevelopment of the area around the station, has dramatically changed the impression given to visitors and potential investors.

Recent figures also suggest that the area is one of the few regional markets to have seen an increase in office take up in the first half of 2011 compared to last year.
