Concrete business cements growth with acquisition of Irish distribution partner
Oscrete, the Bradford-based concrete admixtures business, has completed the acquisition of Irish distributor Adcrete Ltd.
Adcrete Ltd is the sole distributor of Oscrete products in Ireland and Northern Ireland.
The purchase, which sees Oscrete secure the majority share of the company, will allow the additives specialist to further develop its activities in Ireland where it is building a strong presence.
