Pest control firm swoops for US company
A Knaresborough-headquartered manufacturer of branded pest control products has acquired a US business which will take the firm's combined turnover to €125m and build on its worldwide growth strategy.
Pelsis has acquired US-based Curtis Gilmour in a deal that will see it significantly expand its global presence. The two firms will operate side-by-side as subsidiaries, creating a consolidated portfolio that boasts a turnover of €125m.
