Vehicle rental firm acquired in £142m deal
Leeds-based Nexus Vehicle Rental has been acquired by Phoenix Equity Partners, an independent private equity investment firm, for £142m.
Phoenix has acquired the majority shareholding from Bowmark Capital, which represents a 3x ROI for Bowmark, which bought the company for £51m in 2015.
