Head of law firm’s corporate team steps down after four decades

Prolific dealmaker Roger Dyson is retiring as head of Keebles corporate team after a career spanning four decades and involving around 500 deals. Joining Keebles, then called HLW, as a corporate partner in 2000, Dyson became managing partner in 2008 and was appointed to head the corporate team in 2011 when the firm merged with Keeble Hawson.
