Cheesemonger to take a slice of UAE market
Cryer & Stott, a family run cheesemonger based in West Yorkshire, has its sights set on exporting to the UAE after its artisan cheeses impressed buyers at the world’s largest annual food tradeshow in Dubai.
Hotel, restaurant and supermarket representatives present at this year’s event took an interest in the Castleford firm’s pies, chutneys, biscuits and cheeses at the Gulfood event.
