Pet food producer sets tails wagging with £1.5m investment
Dry pet food producer Inspired Pet Nutrition is investing around £1.5m in new equipment at its site in North Yorkshire to meet increased demand.
In late November the factory at its Dalton Mill site near Thirsk achieved a record weekly dispatch figure of 5,300 pallets. IPN’s Harringtons brand continues to be a top performer, growing 38% year-on-year with nearly five million additional unit sales.
As part of the investment, additional robotic equipment is being installed on the site’s four production lines to help meet demand...
