New Year’s Honours: Yorkshire and Humber business leaders recognised
Many business leaders have been recognised for their contributions to the regional and wider economy in the New Year's Honours list 2018.
Tim Rix, group managing director of J R Rix and Sons, will receive a CBE for his services to the economy and
regeneration in the Humber region. Hull-based J R Rix and Sons started out as ship owners in the 1870's and now has a variety of divisions including warehousing, car retailing, fuel distribution, manufacturing and property development.
