Management team completes buy-out of TheBusinessDesk.com
Regional business news provider TheBusinessDesk.com has its own deal to report after its management team completed a buy-out of the company.
The group's editor Alex Turner and commercial director Lee-J Walker have taken a majority stake in the website's owner, Regional Media Services.
Entrepreneur Mark Hales, who bought the business in 2013, has retained a minority stake but will step back from day-to-day involvement. The terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
