Multi-million-pound town improvement plans move forward

Plans to improve parts of the centre of Grimsby have been approved by the council’s Cabinet. North East Lincolnshire Council bid for £3.682m from the Humber Local Enterprise Partnership (Humber LEP) to undertake works in the town, which will be matched with £450,000 of council funding.
